Urban Grind came into being at the beginning of 2010 from a complete exasperation over the deficit of healthy food.  From the humble roots we have expanded to keep up with demand and have taken on full time employees to manage buying, selling, branding and marketing and regularly employ temporary workers to help out at events and catering contracts.
